Every few months I find articles on coffee crossing my feeds. Reliably, these articles will fall on one side of the argument over whether coffee is good or bad for your health. For millions of people who are conscious or concerned about their health, coffee has become an obvious target of attention. Am I drinking too much? Will coffee negatively affect my health?

Let’s settle it.

Coffee is among the top 3 most popular beverages worldwide. Coffee is so ubiquitous that it is forever linked with one activity every human share — waking up!

Picked, dried, cured, roasted, ground, and brewed, coffee’s rich flavor and aroma come packed with an energizing dose of caffeine.
